Job Description

Senior Technical Business Analyst translating business needs into technical solutions at SkyCell. Supporting IoT-powered pharmaceutical supply chains through requirements, data analysis, dashboards, testing, and releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge business needs and technical solutions
  • Work with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Sales, and internal stakeholders
  • Document business requirements using process flows, entity diagrams, and other technical artifacts
  • Own Epics and User Stories throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Assess and compare solutions addressing business requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Clarify requirements and support feature development
  • Capture non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and security
  • Validate assumptions through data analysis with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and solutions
  • Specify and document integration solutions
  • Support testing and UAT activities, including writing and reviewing test cases
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and enable data-driven decisions
  • Contribute to automation and non-functional testing strategies
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Use SQL for basic reporting, aggregations, calculations, and summaries
  • Assist Sales, Product, and other internal teams with RFPs, demos, and POCs
  • Contribute to release management activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
  • Knowledge and proficiency in modelling notations, including UML, DFD, ERD, and system architecture diagrams
  • Experience in requirements engineering and business process modelling
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be located in, or able to relocate without sponsorship to, Poland, Spain, or Romania
  • Must be authorized to work in the current country of residence without sponsorship
