Job Description
Líder Técnico Sênior conduzindo estratégia tecnológica, arquitetura .NET e desenvolvimento de soluções críticas na Stefanini. Liderando times multidisciplinares e adoção de IA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology strategy
- Drive architectural evolution
- Develop critical enterprise solutions
- Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect
- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Experience with technical leadership, code reviews, standards definition, and team mentoring
- Experience in Full Stack development
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to software development
- .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and C#
- SQL Server
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka
- OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect
- GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
