Job Description
Senior Technical Solutions Consultant deploying and integrating Regology for enterprise clients. Translating API, AI, RAG, and MCP requirements across customer, product, engineering, and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment, integration, and adoption of Regology
- Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert and Project Manager for Regology deployments
- Act as the subject matter expert for Regology integrations with enterprise systems
- Provide customer training and guidance on Regology use and adoption
- Lead technical discussions involving APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, RAG, and MCP
- Gather and translate customer technical requirements for product and engineering teams
- Coordinate project activities within the established delivery framework
- Support API buildouts, integration troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution
- Partner with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration-related challenges
- Provide technical support during customer and sales discussions
- Manage approximately 75% Regology-related activities and 25% API, product, troubleshooting, and sales initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical project management, enterprise integrations, or similar roles
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs and integration technologies with enterprise systems
- Moderate understanding of AI technologies and integrations, including RAG and MCP
- Ability to explain technical and AI concepts to customers, troubleshoot issues, and translate requirements for product and engineering teams
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology environment
- Experience coordinating technical implementations, integrations, or software deployments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly across multiple technologies, platforms, and tools
- Authorization to travel to the United States
- Must be currently residing in Canada and legally permitted to work in Canada
- Subject to criminal, educational, and employment history background checks
- Prior programming experience with Python, Ruby, or similar technologies is considered an asset
