Job Description
Analista QA sênior liderando automação e testes de uma nova plataforma brasileira de Renda Fixa. Validando integrações com Core Banking e aplicando IA Generativa.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance strategy for the greenfield development of a new Fixed-Income Platform
- Manage the test lifecycle through the Zephyr platform for Jira
- Develop and evolve test automation architectures for REST APIs and web interfaces
- Implement Generative AI techniques to automate scenarios, intelligently generate test data, and execute tests
- Work with the engineering team to validate product configurations and Fixed-Income integrations with Core Banking systems such as Matera, Autbank, or similar platforms
- Act as the quality guardian in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Monitor quality metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and regression rate
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure the integrity of acceptance criteria and the resilience of integrations with Core Banking systems
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency with Zephyr for Jira or similar tools for test case mapping, traceability, and execution
- Proven experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, and Postman/Newman
- Experience using AI tools and components such as Gemini and Claude for test automation and test data generation
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and Fixed-Income products, including CDB, RDB, LCI/LCA, and LF, as well as banking operational workflows
- Experience executing performance and load tests with JMeter, K6, or Gatling
- Knowledge of security testing, OWASP, and vulnerability analysis
- Strong expertise in testing RESTful APIs, JSON, microservices, and event-driven architectures such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Functional knowledge of Core Banking platforms such as Matera, Autbank, or equivalent systems (preferred)
- Experience with performance and stress testing, as well as basic security validation of platform components and integrations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and technical rigor
- Willingness to mentor peers, share knowledge, and help develop the QA team
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, AI, and automation
- Proactive approach to challenging requirements, identifying operational risks, and proposing continuous improvements
- Ability to communicate defects clearly, negotiate timelines, and translate technical risks for developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced greenfield project
