Job Description
Senior manager directing warehouse systems for RealTruck, a global truck-accessories manufacturer and digital retailer. Leading distribution technology strategy, compliance, automation, and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment leadership to set the direction for global distribution warehouse systems
- Lead development and ongoing management of M&A activities to bring sites to required system-integration capability levels
- Ensure global distribution system activities and processes comply with ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety, and applicable laws and regulations
- Establish and enforce programs for maintaining compliance and keeping MAWM code line extensions current on operating systems
- Participate in the Global Customer Fulfillment Leader Team and develop and execute U.S. and global logistics-technology strategies
- Identify logistics needs that support business growth and develop and implement new logistics technology models
- Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place for global distribution locations
- Build organizational capability and advance distribution processes through warehouse and transactional automation solutions
- Lead and manage integration vendors and partners to ensure on-time system go-lives
- Demonstrate RealTruck core values and support the organizational culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field required
- 10+ years of program management experience required
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Wrike
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in ERP, OMS, and WMS configuration/design
- Experience with Manhattan, IFS, or Korber is a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor/partner management
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across teams and departments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for global distribution operations
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to synthesize complex information, collect and research data, and design workflows and procedures
- Ability to work within approved budgets and develop cost-saving measures
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, analyze information, and develop alternative solutions
- Ability to work under pressure, treat others respectfully, accept responsibility, and follow through on commitments
- Ability to improve quality, meet productivity standards, and complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to write clearly, interpret numerical data, and interpret written information
