Job Description

Service Account Manager representing ANDRITZ Paper Service in Western Canada. Building relationships and driving growth while managing customer needs and territory development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales coverage across the Western Canadian region.
  • Responsible for representing ANDRITZ Paper Service and Kraft product lines.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive territory growth.
  • Conduct regular mill visits and engage with customers.
  • Manage territory forecasts, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering or 5+ years of experience in the Pulp & Paper industry.
  • Sales experience and existing customer relationships in the region preferred.
  • Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is a strong asset.
