Job Description
Service Technician supporting clients in Southern Germany with medical system installations and training. Requires technical understanding and customer service orientation in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for sleep laboratories and physicians in private practice
- Provide expert support to our customers in the daily operation of our systems
- Install and commission new devices at customer sites
- Perform maintenance
- Train users
Requirements:
- Completed qualification as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage
- Solid physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable
- Medical and technical understanding
- Confident and professional manner
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Organizational skills and willingness to travel
- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office
