Job Description
ServiceNow Architect responsible for reviewing client requirements and providing technical direction. Leading development best practices and mentoring professionals within a global IT services company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing requirements, ensuring they are described with sufficient detail to allow accurate estimates;
- Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration in client projects, from definition phase through implementation;
- Review the development team's work and provide guidance according to best practices;
- Create and execute development plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Communicate and enforce coding standards;
- Develop and apply deep platform knowledge and expertise, including workflow configuration;
- Deep understanding of application UI configuration and custom applications;
- Provide coaching and mentoring to other professionals, being responsible for career development, training and certifications in accordance with the practice strategy;
- Other related duties.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and the ability to assess and identify correlations and impacts in relation to client requirements and ITIL/industry standards;
- Experience with the IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle and with ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro features and capabilities;
- Good communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles and relationship management;
- Knowledge of JavaScript and hands-on experience;
- Hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience in Greenfield, replatforming, consolidation, and migration projects;
- Required certifications: ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, WSD and S2P), and ITIL v3 Foundation;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Language: Advanced/Fluent spoken English (there will be an interview stage in this language).
