Job Description

Developing solutions to manage risks related to third parties as a ServiceNow Developer at a global tech consultancy based in São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for enhancing solutions focused on managing risks related to third parties, suppliers and strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and maintenance.
  • Experience or background in supporting corporate environments and managing service tickets.
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management).
  • Experience configuring and maintaining forms, Service Catalog and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Catalog and basic automations.
  • Basic development skills using JavaScript, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
  • Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP and APIs.
  • Familiarity with environment management (DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD) and use of Update Sets.
  • Experience in incident analysis and handling, troubleshooting, Update Sets, and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of access management, groups, roles/profiles, ACLs and security best practices.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base (KB) articles.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (or in progress).
  • Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Health Scan and Instance Security Center.
  • Basic understanding of CMDB and platform governance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Active Directory and Azure.
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
