Job Description
Developing solutions to manage risks related to third parties as a ServiceNow Developer at a global tech consultancy based in São Paulo.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for enhancing solutions focused on managing risks related to third parties, suppliers and strategic partners.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and maintenance.
- Experience or background in supporting corporate environments and managing service tickets.
- Basic knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management).
- Experience configuring and maintaining forms, Service Catalog and workflows.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Catalog and basic automations.
- Basic development skills using JavaScript, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP and APIs.
- Familiarity with environment management (DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD) and use of Update Sets.
- Experience in incident analysis and handling, troubleshooting, Update Sets, and log analysis.
- Knowledge of access management, groups, roles/profiles, ACLs and security best practices.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base (KB) articles.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- ServiceNow CSA certification (or in progress).
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Health Scan and Instance Security Center.
- Basic understanding of CMDB and platform governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Active Directory and Azure.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
