Job Description

Analista temporário liderando orçamento, OKRs e estudos de viabilidade para serviços em lojas próprias e franquias do Grupo Boticário. Criando soluções para eficiência operacional e experiência do cliente.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the control, analysis, and monitoring of the Services area budget, identifying variances, efficiencies, and financial optimization opportunities
  • Lead the area’s strategic planning and structure and monitor the OKR methodology
  • Develop financial analyses, projections, and operational studies to support strategic decisions across company-owned stores and the franchise network
  • Create executive presentations and performance monitoring reports for strategic teams and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Store Channel Training, Communications, Franchising, Company-Owned Stores, and other related areas
  • Contribute to improving the in-store customer experience through planning focused on operational efficiency and financial viability
  • Lead and support strategic projects that impact the efficiency of in-store Services

Requirements:

  • Availability to work on a fixed-term basis (8 months)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in Planning or Projects, including developing new processes; retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets tools (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Experience creating and delivering executive presentations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to build feasibility spreadsheets and analyze margins
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and negotiating deadlines and deliverables in complex environments
  • Proactive and self-directed profile
  • Interest in understanding the challenges faced at the frontline (stores/franchisees) in order to create practical, applicable solutions
  • Resilience and adaptability when working on projects in the testing phase and amid frequent changes to the original plan
