Job Description

Skip and Loss Prevention Specialist responsible for investigating financial losses and ensuring customer account resolution. Engaging in skip tracing, outbound calls, and trend analysis with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and preventing financial losses within the company
  • Skip tracing, and target calling campaigns
  • Spot trends on first payment defaults and report information
  • Make outbound dials from calling queues to resolve customer accounts
  • Assist in answering appropriate overflow ring group calls

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates beneficial
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
