Job Description
Social Commerce Analyst at LiveCraft managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns. Collaborating with influencers and analyzing performance in the creator economy.
Responsibilities:
- Source, manage, and grow relationships with TikTok affiliates, influencers, and creators using TikTok Affiliate Center and creator management tools
- Execute TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, including creator outreach, campaign messaging, coordination, and handoff
- Act as the main point of contact between LiveCraft, clients, and creators to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Develop creator briefs, campaign concepts, and internal pitch materials
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report on outcomes and learnings
- Stay up to date on TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign goals and execution
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, affiliate marketing, or influencer management
- Hands-on experience using TikTok as a marketing platform
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate Programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in social commerce, creator economy, and streaming culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
