Job Description

AI-first Oracle SCM engineer modernizing supply-chain applications through AI-enabled requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support. Quantifying improved delivery outcomes across Oracle SCM Cloud and EBS.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform how Supply Chain applications are designed, developed, tested, deployed, and supported through AI-enabled engineering practices
  • Drive AI-powered development and modernization initiatives across Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve productivity, code quality, testing efficiency, operational support, and software delivery outcomes
  • Apply AI across requirements, solution design, coding, refactoring, testing, DevOps, code review, documentation, deployment, and support
  • Demonstrate and quantify outcomes including reduced development cycle times, improved code quality, lower testing effort, accelerated deployments, and faster issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Deep Oracle SCM expertise
  • Proven track record of applying AI across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to apply AI to requirements and solution design
  • Experience with AI-driven code generation and refactoring
  • Experience with AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies
  • Experience with AI-enabled DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications
  • Ability to demonstrate and quantify measurable business outcomes achieved through AI adoption
