Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of software engineers through coaching, mentoring, and meaningful career development
  • Guide your team in building with AI agents — from structuring prompts to validating outputs and making critical judgment decisions
  • Design AI-enabled workflows, ensuring the right balance between autonomy and human oversight
  • Elevate performance by introducing modern engineering metrics focused on quality, system thinking, and decision-making
  • Encourage scalable, reusable engineering solutions powered by AI rather than one-off builds
  • Drive adoption of AI tools with clear accountability for measurable impact
  • Establish governance standards for AI usage, including risk mitigation, data handling, and escalation practices
  • Lead agile ceremonies enhanced by AI tools to improve planning, retrospectives, and team insights
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to translate vision into actionable engineering outcomes
  • Foster a safe, experimental culture where innovation thrives without fear of failure
  • Deliver AI-powered features with strong quality frameworks designed for non-deterministic systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams
  • Substantial background in software development with strong engineering fundamentals
  • Demonstrated passion for mentoring and growing technical talent
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, systems thinking, and scalable design
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-driven development, automation, and emerging engineering practices
