Job Description
Senior Software Engineer in charge of the Flash communication platform. Building scalable solutions integrating multiple communication channels with advanced functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact architectural decisions (scalability, performance, and sustainability)
- Work across teams to ensure technical consistency
- Influence technology strategy alongside leadership
- Raise the team's technical level through mentorship and best practices
- Define and evolve engineering standards (architecture, quality, observability, security)
- Work with metrics (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs) to ensure system health
- Promote a data-driven culture and continuous improvement
- Foster innovation and experimentation
- Disseminate best practices, including strategic use of AI
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Strong background with distributed systems and microservices
- Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL, or RPC)
- Experience with high-scale production systems
- Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and observability
- Ability to influence technical and business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with NestJS, MongoDB, or React Native
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience working in startups or scale-ups
- Previous role as a technical reference or lead
