Job Description
Solution Architect designing data, analytics, and AI platforms for client businesses. Splitting time between client delivery and presales solution design at Lingaro Group.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client business objectives and technology strategies
- Lead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
- Architect modern cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions
- Define architecture blueprints covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting
- Advise clients on best practices, emerging technologies, and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams during implementation
- Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure architectural consistency
- Establish and promote standards, best practices, reusable assets, and reference architectures
- Design and recommend lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native architecture patterns
- Participate in presales engagements, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation
- Support RFI and RFP responses with architecture design, technical recommendations, and delivery approaches
- Present proposed solutions to technical and business audiences, from project teams to executive stakeholders
- Contribute to capability development, mentoring initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and Competency Center growth
- Spend approximately 50% of time on client delivery and 50% on presales
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics
- Hands-on expertise across at least 2 Data & Analytics platforms, including Databricks
- Databricks Professional certification
- Proven data platform design and architecture skills
- Strong client-facing skills, including leading technical conversations, presenting solutions, and building stakeholder trust
- Nice to have: Databricks Architect Champion
- Nice to have: Cloud architect certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Nice to have: Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or BigQuery experience
- Nice to have: Lakehouse, data mesh, and data governance experience
- Nice to have: GenAI / ML solution design experience
- Nice to have: Strong SQL and Python skills; familiarity with dbt or similar ELT tooling
- Nice to have: Presales experience with RFPs/RFIs and technical proposals
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
