Job Description
Product Engineering Lead at Toolbox helping drive product evolution with remote team collaboration. Ensuring operational excellence, scaling products, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Help drive the evolution, scalability and operational excellence of products and engineering initiatives
- Provide technical leadership, product thinking and delivery coordination
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role on a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
