Job Description
Solution Architect designing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for TIMOCOM’s European logistics marketplace. Shaping scalable CRM, ERP, Dataverse, and integration architectures.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives and functional requirements into holistic end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape
- Take ownership of the solution architecture and overall design across CRM, ERP and Dataverse systems
- Analyze and optimize existing process and system landscapes with a focus on the scalability of the D365 environment
- Analyze and assess requirements
- Contribute to make-or-buy decisions in the D365 context
- Recommend sustainable, maintainable and scalable solution approaches, taking total cost of ownership into account
- Assess technical and functional risks related to the solution architecture
- Advise business stakeholders, product owners and IT stakeholders on solution options and technical feasibility
- Support decision-making processes and escalations
- Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions
- Define and ensure governance guardrails as well as adherence to standards and best practices for the further development of the D365 landscape
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in CRM and ERP systems
- Experience in solution architecture and integration scenarios
- Experience with Dataverse and connected systems
- Ability to analyze complex functional requirements and communicate them clearly
- Confident presence at management and IT levels
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
