Job Description
Solution Engineer translating ambiguous business needs into AI-assisted prototypes and production systems. Building cloud-native solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP for think bridge’s growth-stage clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders and non-technical executives to understand problems and desired outcomes
- Convert ambiguous business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs
- Uncover workflows, constraints, integrations, and success criteria
- Rapidly build working prototypes and business applications using modern development tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted approaches
- Evaluate and recommend SaaS products, custom development, and integrations
- Deliver functional solutions focused on speed-to-outcome and business value
- Identify gaps between rapidly developed applications and production-grade systems
- Define production-readiness requirements for scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and monitoring
- Collaborate with Full Stack Engineering teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Drive projects forward despite ambiguity, changing requirements, or technical obstacles
- Demonstrate ownership and resourcefulness
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered software engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar
- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Experience with agentic AI-driven quality assurance practices
- Proven track record designing, building, and scaling complex cloud-native enterprise applications
- Experience with distributed, microservices-based architectures
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Ability to architect and deploy solutions in multi-cloud environments
- Strong full-stack engineering capabilities across frontend, backend, data, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and integrating third-party platforms and APIs
- Ability to apply AI technologies to accelerate software delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and scalability
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical designs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make practical solution recommendations
- Strong understanding of software architecture fundamentals and production system requirements
- Experience identifying and addressing gaps between prototype or vibe-coded applications and production systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver outcomes under uncertainty
