Job Description

Solutions Architect leading EMEA customer success for Addigy's SaaS platform, owning pre-sales evaluations, implementation, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for EMEA prospects and customers
  • Own pre-sales technical evaluations
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation
  • Manage EMEA Zendesk support tickets during GMT/BST business hours
  • Deliver Addigy’s ProServ programs to EMEA customers needing advanced technical engagement
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to EMEA customers throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Apple MDM, MSP environments, or technical consulting
  • Deep familiarity with MDM protocols, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (ASM), APNS, DEP, SSO, SCEP, and Conditional Access integrations
  • Practical experience with Bash, zShell, Python, and REST APIs for device management workflows
  • Understanding of MSP multi-tenant deployments and mid-market IT environments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk
  • Familiarity with EU IT infrastructure norms and GDPR considerations is a plus
