Job Description
Solutions Architect designing secure, scalable trust architectures for DigiCert, a cybersecurity company protecting digital interactions. Advising strategic customers, partners, and product teams on PKI, identity, and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support DigiCert’s most strategic, complex, and high-impact opportunities through technical architecture, system design, and cybersecurity thought leadership
- Design scalable, enterprise-grade trust architectures and secure solutions using DigiCert products and platforms
- Lead technical architecture sessions, whiteboarding, and future-state design workshops with enterprise customers
- Address integration, automation, compliance, and lifecycle challenges
- Validate system designs for performance, resilience, and security best practices
- Align DigiCert solutions with strategic partner cybersecurity practices and leverage technology alliance integrations
- Engage senior cybersecurity stakeholders and represent DigiCert technically in high-value opportunities
- Support executive-level security, trust, and risk discussions
- Translate customer architecture requirements into product feedback and partner with Product Management on roadmap decisions
- Identify architectural gaps and propose solution or product enhancements
- Collaborate on emerging capabilities and AI-driven use cases, including secure and responsible AI adoption
- Use AI to accelerate architecture design, documentation, research, competitive analysis, and reusable reference architectures
- Enable sales engineers and account executives with AI-enhanced technical content and solution guidance
- Own architecture, system design, trust models, and technical strategy while supporting strategic deals and product alignment
- Improve strategic opportunity outcomes, reduce technical risk, and drive repeatable architecture and AI-enhanced workflows
Requirements:
- Deep experience in cybersecurity, digital trust, PKI, identity, and secure architectures
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, automation, and cloud/hybrid environments
- Proven ability to communicate complex designs to executive and technical audiences
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, insight, and solution quality
- Influential, collaborative, and comfortable operating across organizational boundaries
- Expected travel of 25–30%
