Job Description
SAP SuccessFactors architect optimizing HR systems and integrations for Worldwide Flight Services, a global air cargo and ground-handling company. Supporting talent acquisition, core HR, and workforce management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology solutions
- Design, implement, and optimize HR systems and integrations supporting talent acquisition, core HR, and workforce management
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable system designs and configurations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned applications, including configuration, updates, and user access management
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues with end-users, development teams, and vendors
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflows, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures
- Report regularly on application performance and usage
- Act as subject matter expert for module implementation and host video conferences, workshops, and meetings
- Implement application changes, updates, and upgrades through testing and validation
- Coordinate with developers, architects, and stakeholders on application integration
- Apply SDLC methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and project implementations
- 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other appropriate modules, including ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, LMS, and Compensation
- Familiarity with project management principles and communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices
- Ability to work for extended periods in a seated position using a computer and standard office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively via video conferencing, email, and other digital platforms
- Ability to occasionally lift items such as laptops or documents, typically not exceeding 20 pounds
- Visual acuity for reading technical documentation and monitoring system performance
