Job Description
Solutions Consultant für Asana-Implementierungen bei einem deutschen Prozessdigitalisierungsunternehmen. Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, Kundenschulungen und Entwicklung integrierter Lösungen.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with the implementation of Asana
- Ensure seamless integration of Asana with existing customer systems
- Analyze business processes and develop tailored recommendations to optimize workflows
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and administrators
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Continuously enhance existing solutions
- Contribute to the company’s future and ongoing development
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience implementing and using Asana or comparable project management tools
- Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for customer interaction
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for training sessions and workshops, averaging approximately one day per month
- Structured and conscientious approach to work
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team and coordinate regularly with team members
