Job Description
Solutions Director commercializing Lyra Health’s evidence-based mental health technology and services for health plans and health systems. Owning solution development, go-to-market enablement, pricing, and lifecycle performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development, execution, and lifecycle of new Health Plan/Health System solutions
- Partner with Network and Clinical teams to define, standardize, and document solution services, KPIs, customer SLAs, differentiation, and pricing
- Work with Pricing and Finance teams to develop profitable pricing and packaging models
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence the technology platform roadmap
- Partner with GM and Product Marketing to develop solution positioning, value propositions, and messaging
- Partner with Enablement to develop solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and proposal templates
- Act as a subject matter expert for sales and pre-sales teams on critical customer and prospect sales
- Train sales, pre-sales, and customer development teams on the solution’s value proposition and delivery model
- Define and track solution KPIs, including revenue, margin, market share, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Establish feedback loops with customers, sales, product, and clinical teams to drive iterative improvements
- Help manage the solution lifecycle from launch to renewal and optimize performance
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Finance organizations to commercialize services technology and solve critical business problems
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within an enterprise B2B technology or health care company
- Relevant experience in product management, product marketing, sales leadership, client development, and/or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience defining and launching complex solutions bundling software/technology with services
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including building business cases and using data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to stakeholders from C-level executives to Product Managers
- Skilled in engaging with prospects and customers/clients as part of a sales process
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Experience with value-based pricing and solution packaging strategies preferred
- Experience in health care and health plan contracting preferred
