Job Description
Solutions Engineer providing technical guidance and shaping strategy with Account Executives for Salesforce and MuleSoft applications. Engaging in discovery workshops and delivering tailored presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the technical strategy in partnership with Account Executives
- Facilitate purposeful discovery through conversations and workshops
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations
- Plan and lead proofs of concept and technical evaluations
- Build trust across the buying team by developing relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as presales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture
- Working depth in relevant domains like Salesforce, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration
- Strong discovery, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
- A structured approach to technical evaluations and managing multiple customer engagements
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel
