Job Description
Solutions Engineer driving technical sales for Fingerprint’s online fraud detection platform in APAC. Demonstrating device intelligence solutions, leading integrations, and supporting complex customer sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Executives to drive complex technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close
- Attend customer discovery, requirements-gathering, and technical calls
- Translate customer pain points into solutions using Fingerprint
- Lead Proof-of-Value integrations with customers' technology stacks
- Build trust with customer teams and act as a trusted advisor to customers and sales executives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the sales process with account executives
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Attend and present at conferences to represent Fingerprint and promote its solutions
- Address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise between sales and marketing teams
- Develop demos showcasing how customers can use Fingerprint to enhance their businesses
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience within pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Located in the APAC region
- Ability to identify customer pain points and provide solutions within the Fingerprint framework
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Excellent presentation skills, including demonstrating technical solutions
- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving skills and outside-the-box thinking
- Experience translating customer requirements to internal stakeholders
- Collaborative approach and ability to work as a team player
- Proficiency with macOS
- Comfort working fully remotely with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Must be authorized to work from their home location
