Job Description
Solutions Engineer delivering innovative marketing technology solutions for key customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving innovation at Shaw/Scott.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technology expert and trusted point of contact for clients
- Lead technical design sessions and develop solutions aligned with client objectives
- Oversee client onboarding, data integrations, technology implementations, and enterprise-level platform migrations
- Create in-depth documentation, including system diagrams and technical details
- Provide training and documentation to empower clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, quality assurance, and account management
- Demonstrates a growth mindset; identifies growth opportunities and helps improve mature clients' marketing technology capabilities
- Support business development efforts with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering
- Stay current with industry trends and maintain technology expertise through certifications and learning
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional solutions-based role
- Ability to explain highly technical material and concepts to stakeholders
- Expertise with enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot or similar
- Proficiency in technologies such as REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and personalization languages (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars)
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across channels, including email, SMS, push, etc.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in one or more marketing technologies or related technologies are preferred.
