Job Description

Bilingual Customer Support Representative for Helpware handling inquiries for an international ticket marketplace. Problem-solving through phone, email, and social media while ensuring service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring buyers and sellers receive their tickets and payments on time
  • Advising customers on guarantees, fulfillment assistance, refunds, payments, purchases, and account issues
  • Maintaining high individual and team performance metrics
  • Serving as a community advocate for the Client’s partners

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service across multiple channels is required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual level) is required
  • Prior experience working with demanding customers and British services is preferred
  • Solid understanding of IT and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Willingness and flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (+1 hour break) including late shifts and weekends
