Job Description
Staff Forward-Deployed Engineer at Texture improving energy grid systems through software integration. Collaborating with utility customers to enhance operational efficiency and address data challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Joining our client operations team on customer calls.
- Owning real software work end-to-end — two steps ahead.
- Being the technical voice on new opportunities.
- Translating between technical and non-technical worlds.
- Production ownership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering.
- Operates independently.
- Strong communicator, especially to non-technical audiences.
- Breadth across the stack is a real plus.
- Curious about the energy grid.
- Prior forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, or consulting experience is a plus.
