Job Description
Staff Solutions Engineer supporting customer integrations for Belvo’s Latin American open finance API platform. Guiding pre-sales, onboarding, launches, and enterprise technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technically support Belvo customers across pre-sales, integration, launch, and post-launch
- Develop deep knowledge of Belvo’s product and platform and serve as a trusted resource on current and future offerings
- Partner with customers to maximize value from Belvo solutions, understanding use cases and providing technical and business guidance
- Analyze customer data and issues during onboarding to maximize customer benefit
- Create tailored technical documentation for selected enterprise accounts, describing solutions and project deliverables
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate and prioritize customer feedback and help shape the roadmap across multiple products
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, pre-sales or similar roles
- Experience working directly with customers
- Deeper knowledge of APIs and documentation
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields
- Motivated to grow knowledge of finance, fintech, and technology in Latin America
- Logical, data-driven, and analytical problem-solving approach
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple customers under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and methodical working approach
- Clear and effective written and spoken communication
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as chatbots, copilots, or productivity assistants
- Familiarity with fintech, open banking, and/or payments is an advantage
- Programming expertise in one or more languages is an advantage
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Fluent Portuguese is an advantage
