Job Description
Strategic Account Executive managing key HCM accounts and driving enterprise growth initiatives at AlphaStaffHCM.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic account management for assigned book of clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and high-level decision-makers.
- Manage HCM strategy development, ensuring solutions support workforce planning.
- Engage internal SME teams to deliver specialized HCM solutions.
- Track and document all open key client and internal action items.
- Act as an escalation point to Top 75 clients.
- Maintain key client roadmaps to track initiatives, milestones, and outcomes.
- Help identify key attrition indicators and minimize retention risks.
- Provide strategic guidance, including Payroll, Benefits, Tax, WC, Compliance, Unemployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, or HCM services.
- Strong knowledge of operations, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance within a PEO or HCM environment.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Client relationship building with key stakeholders and executives
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
- Vast knowledge of technology programs, tools, and basic key functionalities
- Strong expertise in key HR areas—such as training and development, compensation, and performance management—is required to support business performance.
