Job Description
Strategic Accounts Director at UserTesting enhancing enterprise customer relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. Collaboration across teams for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, delivering quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Drive customer retention and expansion by partnering closely with Renewal Managers and Customer Success Managers
- Develop and execute territory and account plans
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles using a consultative approach
- Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated success acquiring new business within enterprise accounts
- Strong hunter mindset
- Proven ability to navigate and influence executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience using AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT
