Job Description

Strategic Accounts Director at UserTesting enhancing enterprise customer relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. Collaboration across teams for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, delivering quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Drive customer retention and expansion by partnering closely with Renewal Managers and Customer Success Managers
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles using a consultative approach
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated success acquiring new business within enterprise accounts
  • Strong hunter mindset
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Experience using AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT
