Job Description

Strategic Advisor guiding Sacramento Ultrasound Institute’s healthcare partnerships and regional growth. Opening health-system relationships and shaping CT, Mammography, and Electrophysiology program launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic guidance to the President & CEO of Sacramento Ultrasound Institute as the organization scales its programs, partnerships, and regional presence
  • Open executive-level relationships across Northern California health systems to expand clinical rotation sites and establish long-term affiliation agreements
  • Provide introductions, participate in select executive conversations, and strengthen SUI’s partnership positioning
  • Advise on strategic positioning, market timing, and industry demand for upcoming CT, Mammography, and Electrophysiology programs
  • Validate program design against workforce needs identified by hiring managers and imaging directors
  • Identify anchor employer partners for program launches
  • Develop conversations with health systems interested in co-funding student cohorts in exchange for guaranteed hiring pipelines
  • Advise on partnership structure, pricing, and negotiation strategy
  • Serve as a strategic thinking partner to the CEO on expansion, market positioning, competitive dynamics, organizational structure, and long-term vision
  • Represent SUI at select industry gatherings, executive conversations, and health system meetings
  • Lend name recognition and reputation to SUI communications and partnership development where appropriate and mutually agreed

Requirements:

  • Accomplished healthcare executive with relationships, reputation, and operational wisdom
  • Experience running large imaging enterprises
  • Understanding of how workforce, operations, and reimbursement connect
  • Ability to provide executive-level strategic guidance and judgment
  • Ability to access and develop relationships with Northern California health systems and community hospital networks
  • Ability to advise on CT, Mammography, and Electrophysiology program positioning, timing, and workforce demand
  • Ability to identify employer partners and develop employer-sponsored student cohorts
  • Ability to advise on partnership structure, pricing, and negotiation strategy
  • Willingness and ability to represent SUI at select industry gatherings, executive conversations, and health system meetings
