Job Description

Strategy and Operations Program Manager at Oracle consulting firm coordinating internal transformation programs. Driving governance, execution, and executive communication across global operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination and execution support for internal strategic initiatives across Managed Services, Technical Shared Services, Product Management, AI, Observability, Automated Testing, and other operational programs
  • Establish and maintain program management processes, governance structures, and operating cadences
  • Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action tracking across concurrent initiatives
  • Develop integrated project plans, roadmaps, status reporting, and executive dashboards
  • Facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional coordination meetings
  • Drive accountability for deliverables, decisions, and follow-up actions
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Partner with business, technology, operations, and leadership teams to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics
  • Support business cases, presentations, workshop materials, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate initiative intake, prioritization, and resource alignment
  • Assist with process definition, workflow documentation, and organizational change activities
  • Support testing coordination, rollout planning, and transition activities for internal tools and platforms
  • Establish scalable frameworks for internal product management and innovation initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver executive updates, status reports, and Steering Committee materials
  • Develop and manage communication plans
  • Provide structured updates on risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions
  • Facilitate discussions and drive meetings toward decisions, ownership, and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting organizational process improvement and operational governance efforts
  • Ability to create structure and drive execution in fast-paced or evolving environments
  • Experience coordinating across business and technology organizations
  • Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications effectively
  • Strong facilitation and organizational skills
  • Experience developing executive presentations, operational reporting, and documentation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities and ambiguity

  • Willingness to work across global teams and time zones as needed
  • PMP certification or similar project/program management certification preferred
  • Experience supporting internal product management, operational transformation, AI initiatives, or technology operations programs preferred
  • Experience in consulting, SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams, including North America, India, and Brazil preferred
