Job Description

Subscription Management Manager supporting community solar enrollment, utility partnerships, and bill crediting at Perch Energy. Maintaining project fill rates and compliance across U.S. markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support utility partnerships and customers’ subscription sizing and enrollment across projects, states, and utility programs
  • Adhere to program, contract, and internal policies for subscription sizing and allocation management, focusing on timely utility submissions and compliance in Illinois, Virginia, and Massachusetts
  • Analyze credits produced, allocated, utilized, and banked
  • Monitor project fill rates and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain optimal fill rates
  • Process edge cases and time-sensitive requests using desktop tools, utility forms, and proprietary software
  • Collaborate with a global team to deliver contractual requirements
  • Perform QA/QC on new tools, reports, and automation efforts
  • Build relationships with utility representatives to maintain active subscriptions and ensure accurate bill crediting
  • Maintain the knowledge base, including project information, enrollment schedules, and critical deadlines
  • Complete compliance requirements and timely submissions for assigned markets
  • Drive revenue recognition by coordinating with the Manager of Bank Management on redistribution of banked credits
  • Resolve all cases within defined SLAs
  • Become a community solar subject matter expert and maintain utility-specific operating procedures and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Math, Science, Environmental Studies, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 2 years’ experience in an energy-related role; Community Solar or Renewable Energy preferred
  • Above average MS Excel experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proven track record of strong cross team collaboration
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytics skills
  • Ability to problem solve, find creative solutions, troubleshoot and build out best practices
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
