Job Description

Supply Chain Engineer at Intel optimizing global supply chain strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Collaborating across technical teams for process improvements and supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain leads and technical teams to implement solutions for identified process and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Explore emerging technologies and benchmark industry practices for supply chain advancement.
  • Define material inspection methodologies and create plans to optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Monitor supply and demand trends, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements by establishing control standards, determining KPIs, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Manage quality excursions, lead failure mode analyses, and develop specifications that minimize variability and align with operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as Supply Chain Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing or equivalent experience per business needs.
  • 4 or more years of experience in supply chain engineering with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 or more years with a Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and business intelligence tools for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supplier manufacturing operations and quality assurance processes.
  • Technical skills in supply chain management, process optimization, and risk mitigation strategies.
