Job Description
Financial Clearance Supervisor at City of Hope overseeing insurance verification processes and personnel management. Fostering quality assurance and excellent customer service practices in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the success of insurance verification and authorization processes
- Personnel Management including recruiting, training, and coaching employees
- Develop a culture of pride and ownership, providing opportunities for learning and growth
- Quality Assurance through monitoring productivity and quality, implementing audits
- Establish and foster excellent customer service practices
Requirements:
- Associates Degree (Experience may substitute for educational requirements)
- 2+ years of healthcare experience as a lead or supervisor
- 3+ years of patient access experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
