Job Description

Financial Clearance Supervisor at City of Hope overseeing insurance verification processes and personnel management. Fostering quality assurance and excellent customer service practices in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of insurance verification and authorization processes
  • Personnel Management including recruiting, training, and coaching employees
  • Develop a culture of pride and ownership, providing opportunities for learning and growth
  • Quality Assurance through monitoring productivity and quality, implementing audits
  • Establish and foster excellent customer service practices

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree (Experience may substitute for educational requirements)
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience as a lead or supervisor
  • 3+ years of patient access experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
