Job Description

Supply Chain Planner ensuring biotech materials and products availability for Elevar Therapeutics. Developing supply plans, managing inventory, suppliers, MRP, and global distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans for clinical and commercial product requirements across the supply network
  • Translate demand forecasts into production, inventory, and procurement plans
  • Monitor inventory and establish safety stock strategies
  • Manage production schedules, material availability, and delivery performance with CMOs, CPOs, and suppliers
  • Track supply chain metrics and implement mitigation strategies for supply disruptions
  • Coordinate MRP activities and timely procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Support S&OP and IBP processes through data analysis, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage supply chain master data and planning parameters in ERP and planning systems
  • Support product launches, lifecycle management, and change control activities with Quality and Regulatory teams
  • Analyze inventory trends, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance for continuous improvement
  • Prepare and communicate reports, dashboards, and planning recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support global distribution and coordinate with logistics providers for timely shipment and receipt of materials and products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, or related supply chain functions
  • Experience preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  • Experience supporting GMP-regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chains
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
  • Knowledge of supply planning tools
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data
  • Experience managing relationships with CMOs, suppliers, and logistics providers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple departments
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate Elevar's core values
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours when required to support global operations and critical supply chain activities
