Job Description
Supply Chain PMO responsible for standardizing processes and driving performance tracking in a scaling organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and data-driven operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring they are clear, up-to-date, and consistently applied
- Design and implement new processes across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Drive standardization of workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs aligned with business priorities
- Build and manage dashboards tracking performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse operations
- Act as the key owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain
- Partner with the VP Supply Chain to track and manage supply chain costs
- Support the development and execution of the inventory management strategy
- Coordinate key supply chain projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or PMO roles
- Strong experience working with ERP systems (Cin7 Core is a big plus)
- Have built and managed SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Understand core supply chain functions (sourcing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse)
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing structure or accuracy.
