Job Description
Support Engineer optimizing Contact Center infrastructure and collaborating with global teams. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of critical systems.
Responsibilities:

- Colaborarás directamente con equipos globales
Requirements:
- Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas, electrónica o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia entregando soluciones sobre plataformas CCaaS.
- Experiencia demostrable con NICE inContact o CXone y manejo práctico de la herramienta Studio Scripting Tool.
- Dominio sólido de herramientas tecnológicas de Contact Center: ACD, IVR, QM y WFM.
- Inglés Avanzado (C1) indispensable.
