Job Description
Systemadministrator*in für IT-Sicherheit und Endpoint Management bei Campact, einer politischen Kampagnenorganisation. Betreuung von Security, Endpoints, internen Systemen und Anwender*innen-Support im deutschlandweiten Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Support the user support team with technical challenges
- Collaborate with the responsible contacts for digital security and data protection
- Actively contribute to incident response
- Support the post-incident review of security breaches and implement risk mitigation measures, for example in cases involving phishing, malware, and zero-day vulnerabilities
- Support risk assessments and implement risk reduction measures
- Create and maintain information security policies, processes, and documentation
- Assess new and existing applications against IT security and compliance requirements
- Support the integration of applications into the mobile device management system and jointly manage them
- Support the rollout of new internal services
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage existing internal systems such as IAM, mailboxes, and mailing lists
- Procure and configure notebooks, tablets, mobile devices, and software
- Support users with everyday hardware and software issues
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the area described above, or an equivalent qualification
- (Initial) experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Familiarity with SIEM and IAM systems
- Ability to implement automatable processes using Python, shell scripting, or low-code tools
- Very good knowledge of macOS
- Experience managing Windows and Linux environments is desirable
- Experience with mobile device management systems such as JAMF
- Solution-oriented and empathetic approach to work
- Willingness to take responsibility, with a strong awareness of data protection and data security
- Experience working for NGOs or political engagement, with the ability to provide a reference person who can confirm this involvement

- Willingness to occasionally work weekends or evenings, or participate in on-call support during peak periods
