Job Description
Systems analyst supporting operational reporting and IT projects for Cleveland Clinic Health System. Developing requirements, process flows, project documentation, and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Complete routine support and designated project assignments
- Provide input to develop solutions
- Assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, technology capabilities, task-level resource requirements, task plans, and general communications
- Develop process flow charts and report on project status
- Support the development of information system requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Nevada, Florida, or Ohio
- Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field and three years of IT experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or an operational or financial role utilizing supported systems or data
- OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience
- OR a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience
- Completion of ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of start date
- Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with finance regular-cycle data reporting extraction, SQL, and Tableau preferred
- Ability to use AI Fortec Coco AI software capabilities preferred
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.
- Must comply with the employer’s influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or an approved exemption
- Successful controlled-substance testing after an offer of employment
