Job Description
Systems Manager optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes focusing on ERP ownership and improvement in plant operations for Kreate, a plastic injection molding company.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes within IQMS, ensuring data integrity, system alignment, and operational performance across planning, production, inventory, and shipping.
- Own system workflows across: Order → Planning → Production → Inventory → Shipping → Invoicing
- Responsible for how the process actually runs—not just how it’s configured
- Work with new product development team to ensure BOM accuracy and routings / cycle times accuracy
- Align IQMS with real plant behavior: machine scheduling, labor reporting, downtime tracking
- Identify bottlenecks using ERP + shop data and drive measurable improvements in throughput, scrap, on-time delivery, and inventory turns
- Configure and maintain work orders, BOMs, routings, E-Plant structures, and inventory transactions
- Define and enforce standard operating procedures tied to ERP transactions
Requirements:
- 3–10+ years in manufacturing operations, ERP ownership, or process engineering
- Deep experience with DELMIAWorks (IQMS)
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing (ideally plastics, injection molding, or similar)
- Strong understanding of inventory control and costing
- Experience with SQL / Oracle (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
