Job Description
Talent acquisition insights specialist delivering dashboards, market intelligence, and ROI analysis. Supporting Cummins’ recruiting strategy and cross-functional HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable talent acquisition insights and analytics supporting strategic workforce and hiring decisions
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate data into recommendations that improve recruiting outcomes
- Develop and enhance scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Conduct market and talent intelligence analyses influencing attraction strategies for critical hiring initiatives
- Monitor milestones, performance metrics, risks, and resource utilization across interconnected initiatives
- Evaluate recruiting partnerships, technology investments, and program effectiveness to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with HR technology and analytics teams to improve systems, processes, and reporting solutions
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience
- Manage project components, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive results
Requirements:
- Preferred experience supporting business reviews through scorecards, operational performance reporting, presentations, and executive-ready insights
- Preferred expertise in developing self-service dashboards and reporting solutions
- Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and reporting methodologies
- Preferred ability to conduct labor market and talent intelligence research
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIT, and global stakeholders
- Strong project management practices, including risk management and compliance
- Experience analyzing technology adoption, utilization metrics, operational performance indicators, and partnership ROI
- Strong analytical and consulting capability
- Proven effectiveness managing project components and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex HR or Talent Acquisition environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Digital and technology aptitude using analytics, reporting tools, and emerging technologies
- Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or directly related to the role, or equivalent experience are preferred
