Job Description
Talent Acquisition Intern running high-volume recruiting for HexCoded, an AI creative studio. Automating sourcing, screening, outreach, ATS workflows, and founder interview coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Write job descriptions and publish them on Internshala, LinkedIn, and creator communities
- Keep job listings fresh
- Source and screen resumes, portfolios, and reels for business, operations, and creative roles
- Build application forms, trackers, and an ATS pipeline for 200+ applicants per role
- Use Claude Code, APIs, and MCP connectors to automate application collection, candidate outreach, calling, and shortlisting
- Contact candidates by email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Schedule founder interviews, send assignments, and follow up through closure
- Manage offers, documents, first-day setup, and onboarding
- Build reusable talent pools through colleges, creator platforms, GitHub, and communities
- Produce a weekly hiring dashboard covering openings, funnel numbers, and time-to-close
- Work directly with the founders with ownership from day one
Requirements:
- Ability to figure out unfamiliar tools and processes quickly
- Comfortable in a terminal and on GitHub
- Experience making an API call and knowledge of MCP, or ability to learn it quickly
- Daily use of Claude Code
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and hundreds of candidates
- English, written and spoken
- Google Sheets
- Own laptop and reliable internet
- Basic Python is a plus
- Prior recruiting or HR exposure, ATS experience, or shipped projects are bonuses
