Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition and strategic recruitment processes
- Conduct talent hunting and sourcing
- Screen and initially qualify candidates
- Review resumes and assess alignment with available opportunities
- Support candidate communication and relationship management
- Schedule and follow up on interviews
- Support alignment meetings with leaders
- Administer, send, and follow up on technical assessments
- Support cultural fit and candidate experience initiatives
- Manage and monitor recruitment processes
- Track recruitment metrics and reports
- Organize and monitor opportunities in Asana
- Use Solides to publish openings, screen candidates, and move them through the recruitment process
- Participate in Vacancy FUP meetings
- Interact with candidates, coordinators, leaders, and executives
- Develop knowledge of People & Culture in a global mining technology company
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Genuine interest in people, Human Resources, and especially Talent Acquisition
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions, conduct research, and source candidates
- Comfortable speaking with candidates, leaders, and diverse audiences
- Initiative to identify and execute what needs to be done
- Organized in recording information, tracking deadlines, and structuring activities
- Willingness to learn by doing and support day-to-day demands
- Attention to detail
- Interest in learning about people’s stories, understanding profiles, and creating positive experiences throughout the recruitment process
- Accountability for following up on activities and deliverables
