Job Description
Talent acquisition coordinator supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR operations for JTG Consulting Group’s healthcare consulting business. Coordinating hiring workflows, employee records, compliance, and learning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day recruiting and hiring process under the Operations Manager and in support of hiring managers
- Update job postings in the HRIS based on approved job descriptions and position requirements
- Post and maintain open positions across approved recruiting platforms and company channels
- Review applications and resumes against established qualifications and screening criteria
- Conduct initial candidate video screenings using established interview guides and evaluation criteria
- Document screening results and provide organized candidate recommendations to hiring managers
- Coordinate complex interview calendars across multiple time zones and maintain candidate communications
- Track interview feedback and candidate progression in the HRIS
- Maintain timely and professional candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate background checks, required documentation, and other pre-employment activities
- Prepare and route approved offer and hiring documentation
- Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records
- Monitor recruiting activity and assist with reporting on positions, pipelines, time-to-hire, and recruiting metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, administrative efficiency, and candidate experience
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain employee policies, handbooks, procedures, job aids, templates, HR records, and compliance trackers
- Perform HRIS administrative tasks, including employee data updates, reporting, workflow monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with testing and implementing HRIS workflows, automations, and system updates
- Assign and update LMS training, onboarding, compliance courses, and learning materials
- Monitor training completion, maintain training records, provide reports, and follow up on outstanding training
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, learning initiatives, and employee development programs
- Maintain operational documentation, trackers, templates, and recurring processes
- Assist with reporting and data collection across recruiting, onboarding, training, HR administration, and Operations
- Identify inefficiencies and support approved process improvements and operational initiatives
- Support company events, special projects, and other Operations responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Approximately 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, candidate screening, or interview coordination in a healthcare organization or in healthcare consulting services
- Demonstrated experience supporting recruiting processes, including candidate screening and interviews
- Experience in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills
- Experience coordinating multiple processes, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to learn and effectively use HR, recruiting, training, and other business systems
- Ability to work independently within established processes while recognizing when issues require escalation
- Experience with an HRIS, applicant tracking system (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience in a consulting, healthcare, healthcare IT, or professional services environment
- Successful track record of building relationships
- Local, national, and/or international travel as required
- Preferred: Experience with Rippling HRIS
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Captivate
- Preferred: Experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding
- Preferred: Experience working within a remote or distributed organization
