Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on connecting top talent with opportunities at Arizona College of Nursing. Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple campuses in a supportive and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple campuses regionally, delivering top talent where it matters most.
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor—bringing strategy, insight, and best-in-class recruiting practices.
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences by championing SLAs and delivering clear, engaging communication.
  • Build diverse, high-impact talent pipelines using innovative sourcing and modern tools (including AI).
  • Lead candidate assessments to ensure strong alignment in skills, culture, and mission.
  • Share insights, progress, and market intelligence with stakeholders to influence hiring success.
  • Elevate our employer brand and attract talent through compelling storytelling and social presence.
  • Stay ahead of trends and continuously improve how we attract, engage, and hire talent.

Requirements:

  • Driven, energetic, collaborative, and innovative approach.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (2+ years in-house, full-cycle) and a track record of winning top talent.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders including VP level.
  • Strong relationship-builder who influences leaders and delivers results.
  • Sharp interviewing and talent assessment skills.
  • Agile, organized, and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • Modern sourcing expertise, including social media and recruiting tech (ATS experience required; iCIMS/Greenhouse a plus).
  • Excellent communicator who engages and inspires.
  • High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
