Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner building hourly manufacturing workforces for Reynolds Consumer Products. Leading sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and plant stakeholder partnerships across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, HR Business Partners, and frontline supervisors to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies
  • Lead intake discussions covering staffing priorities, hiring challenges, talent availability, and market conditions
  • Advise stakeholders on recruiting best practices, candidate assessment, and hiring processes
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hourly manufacturing and operations roles
  • Leverage referrals, job boards, social media, talent communities, hiring events, workforce development programs, apprenticeship partnerships, and community organizations to attract talent
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
  • Conduct candidate screens assessing skills, experience, motivation, and role alignment
  • Facilitate efficient selection processes and maintain momentum throughout the hiring cycle
  • Deliver responsive communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the candidate experience
  • Provide labor market insights, recruiting trends, and talent availability information
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, strengthen pipelines, and reduce time-to-fill
  • Maintain recruiting documentation and data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, DOL, and company requirements
  • Champion fair, equitable, and consistent hiring practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting, staffing, agency, manufacturing, industrial, or RPO environments
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of employment regulations including EEO, OFCCP, and DOL requirements
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
  • Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience working within iCIMS applicant tracking system preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments preferred
  • Familiarity with workforce development programs, hiring events, and community partnerships preferred
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill operational roles preferred
  • Understanding of labor market trends impacting manufacturing talent preferred
