Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner leading full-cycle recruitment for Aegis Therapies, a healthcare services company. Building talent pipelines, advising leaders, and improving hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyze open positions and create recruitment alternatives, including university recruiting, employee referral campaigns, candidate qualification, benefits overview, offer extension, and onboarding kickoff
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Develop proactive strategies including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion
  • Monitor talent market trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders
  • Work with HR and managers to address recruiting and retention challenges related to turnover, market factors, management, and specific issues
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Fill immediate job openings in a timely manner
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to build a diverse talent pool
  • Enhance the employer brand by showcasing company culture, values, and opportunities
  • Use data analytics to analyze recruitment metrics and identify trends and process improvements
  • Develop talent pipelines
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and support Talent Acquisition team process improvements
  • Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree; 4 year experience in recruitment or Human Resources may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 3 year experience as a healthcare recruiter
  • Experience in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices
  • Ability to travel
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
  • Ability to conduct full-cycle recruitment, candidate qualification, interviewing, follow-up, benefits overview, offer extension, and onboarding kickoff
  • Knowledge of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and university recruiting
  • Experience with talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion
  • Experience using data analytics to analyze recruitment metrics
  • Experience maintaining ATS data integrity
  • Knowledge of compensation trends, candidate availability, labor markets, and recruitment best practices
